LifeList Privacy Policy

At SoloOS and LifeList ("we", "our", or "the app"), we believe that your personal productivity data, checklists, memories, and voice notes belong exclusively to you. This Privacy Policy outlines our strict commitment to local-first privacy, data sovereignty, and zero cloud surveillance.
1. Zero Remote Data Collection (Local-Only Architecture)
LifeList is engineered strictly as local-first software:
- No Remote Databases: We do NOT operate cloud user tracking servers, behavior analytics, or advertising infrastructure.
- On-Device Storage: 100% of your checklists, tasks, photos, audio voice memos, calendar entries, and settings are saved strictly on your local device storage.
- No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect, request, or store your name, email address, phone number, location, or device hardware IDs.
2. Device Hardware Permissions & Usage
Permissions are requested strictly on-demand when you perform a specific action:

3. Third-Party Tracking & Analytics
LifeList contains zero third-party advertising SDKs, zero analytics trackers, and zero telemetry beacons. In-App Purchases (such as LifeList Deluxe) are processed securely and directly by Apple via StoreKit. We receive only an anonymous receipt validating whether your license entitlement is active.
4. Data Backup, Export & Deletion
You maintain complete sovereignty over your data. You may export a complete unencrypted JSON backup of all your items and folders at any time via Settings > Data Preservation & Recovery. Deleting an item or uninstalling the app permanently purges all data from the device sandbox.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Because we do not collect personal information of any kind from any user, our applications comply fully with COPPA, GDPR, and California Consumer Privacy Act standards.
