Q: How do I restore my LifeList Deluxe purchase?
Open LifeList > go to Settings > tap "Restore Purchases". As long as your device is signed in with the Apple ID used to complete the purchase, all 16 arcade themes, 5 mini-games, and synth ringtones will unlock immediately.
Q: What if I forget my D-pad lock screen passcode?
If Face ID or biometric unlock was authorized, triggering Face ID will bypass the D-pad lock screen. You can reset your D-pad sequence from the in-app settings screen at any time.
Q: How do I back up or transfer my tasks to a new phone?
LifeList is 100% local-first. Navigate to Settings > Data Backup & Export and tap "Export JSON". You can AirDrop, email, or save the backup file to your iCloud Files folder and import it onto your new device.

Q: How accurate is the built-in optical light meter?
The light meter evaluates ambient scene lux through your camera sensor with calibrated EV calculations. However, sensor sensitivities vary across phone models. For commercial studio work, we recommend taking a test roll or cross-referencing your hardware incident meter.
Q: How does reciprocity failure compensation work?
When shutter speeds exceed 1 second in low light, film emulsions lose sensitivity (the Schwarzschild effect). FilmLog provides preset mathematical compensation curves for daylight color negative, tungsten cinema, and 400 ISO black-and-white stocks and calculates adjusted exposure times automatically.
Q: Can I export printable contact sheets of my rolls?
Yes. Tap "Export Roll PDF" on any completed roll to generate a clean, print-ready sheet containing frame metadata, notes, and attached reference scans.

Q: Does SoloOS require an internet connection to generate proposals?
No. SoloOS operates 100% offline with on-device heuristics that calculate production hours, equipment fees, markup, and tax margins. If an active Gemini API key is provided and internet is available, it can additionally perform multimodal AI scoping.
Q: Are the vector signatures legally binding?
Vector signatures captured directly on-screen are embedded permanently into the generated proposal PDF with time stamps. Electronic signatures are broadly enforceable under the US ESIGN Act and UETA.
Q: How can I connect my own Google Gemini API key?
In the SoloOS app, go to Studio Settings > Gemini API Integration and paste your key obtained from Google AI Studio. The key is saved locally in encrypted device storage.
