SoloOS Privacy Policy

At SoloOS ("we", "our", or "the app"), we believe your financial metrics, client rosters, proposals, voice scope notes, and vector signatures belong exclusively to your business. This Privacy Policy details our local-first architecture and strict non-disclosure covenant.
1. Local-First Storage Architecture
SoloOS stores all operational data locally on your device:
- Proposals & Contracts: All client names, project briefs, pricing structures, markup percentages, and payment schedules reside in your device's sandboxed local storage (
AsyncStorage). - Client Signatures: Vector signature strokes captured on your screen are rendered directly onto PDF contracts and saved locally. They are never sent to remote signature brokerage databases.
- No Account Tracking: We do not operate user telemetry servers, behavior profiling, or cloud databases that catalog your clients or revenue numbers.
2. On-Device & AI Scoping Processing
- Voice Scope Notes: Voice audio recorded for project scoping is processed on your device. Audio files are saved strictly in your device's private sandbox folder.
- Optional AI Scoping: When connected to the Gemini API for multimodal extraction, scope audio or reference sketches are transmitted transiently to Google Cloud AI endpoints solely to return structured proposal line items. We do not store, retain, or train models on your spoken briefs or client data.
- Offline Heuristic Mode: SoloOS includes built-in offline estimation algorithms that function 100% without internet access.
3. Device Permissions & Purpose

4. Data Portability & Deletion
You have complete data sovereignty. You can export complete JSON snapshots of all proposals, client profiles, and financial metrics at any time. Uninstalling the application or clearing local application data permanently erases all records from the device.
