SoloOS Master Terms of Service

1. General Umbrella Terms

By installing, downloading, accessing, or using any application published under the SoloOS umbrella (including LifeList, FilmLog, and SoloOS), you agree to be bound by these Master Terms and the respective application agreements.

2. Software License & Intellectual Property

SoloOS grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal/commercial (depending on the specific application tier) license to execute the applications on compatible devices that you own or control. All graphic designs, soundscapes, source code, logos, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer.

3. Honest Pricing Commitment

SoloOS tools reject recurring monthly subscription entrapment. Core utilities are free; optional deluxe expansions are provided as single, one-time lifetime unlocks via official platform app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play).

4. Disclaimers & Absolute Limitation of Liability

All software is provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoloOS and the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Maximum aggregate liability for any dispute shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the software, or $0.00 USD, whichever is less.
